FR Events LLC - Rental Contract Agreement and Policies Pricing & Reservations Rental charges are for "time out", whether items are used or not. Prices listed are for a 48-hour period unless specific delivery, return times are mentioned in the contract. Special rates are available for longer periods. All prices are subject to change without notice. Reservations are highly recommended. Weekends "typically" book up two weeks in advance. A deposit may be required to secure the reservation and act as the security deposit for the rentals (see below). A reservation will lock in the current price of the products you have reserved. The rental balance may be due 7 days prior to delivery. A security deposit of $100 or 30% of the rental balance (whichever is greater) and rental fee may be required and can be paid by Zelle, Venmo (2% svc charge) online or by credit card (3.3% svc charge). Deposits are fully refundable once the order has been checked for missing or damaged items. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund. If the cost for damaged or missing items is greater than the deposit, you will be billed for the balance. Cancellation policy Reservations may be canceled up to 7 days prior to the delivery date to receive a full reimbursement. Cancellations within 7 days of delivery will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full deposit. No cancellations within 2 days / 48 hours of delivery or the full "rental" price will be charged. Delivery/Pickup We reserve the right to refuse delivery for any reason. Delivery is curbside only and can be done with a nominal fee depending on delivery address. Our products are moved with dollies and hand trucks so we'll need a flat paved surface to roll the items on. We do not carry the items by hand. Cleaning • Table, chairs and Coolers- please wipe up any nasty spills before pickup/return. • Stands, canopies, buffet warmers and decoration items – please cleanup any spills and pack it up before pickup/return. Loss or Damage Customer is responsible for equipment from the time of delivery to the time of pick up. Please make sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather, theft and other hazards at all times. Damaged or missing items will be billed at replacement cost.
